Saint John Chrysostom
John Chrysostom was an important Early Church Father, Archbishop of Constantinople. Chrysostom was among the most prolific authors in the early Christian Church. John began his education under the pagan teacher Libanius. From Libanius, John acquired the skills for a career in rhetoric, as well as a love of the Greek language and literature.
