The author of the satirical short story "The Maiden and Caesar" is Elfik Zohrabyan, an Armenian novelist, artist, storyteller, playwright, candidate of philological sciences, and L. Shant Prize laureate. In addition to the above mentioned the author has won other literary awards as well.
