Wuthering Heights
“Wuthering Heights” by Emily Bronte is a gothic novel set on the Yorkshire moors. The narrative revolves around the intense and tumultuous relationships between the inhabitants of Wuthering Heights and Thrushcross Grange. The story centers on Heathcliff, an orphan adopted by the Earnshaw family, who falls deeply in love with Catherine Earnshaw. When Catherine marries Edgar Linton, Heathcliff's love turns into a bitter obsession leading to a chain of events that brings suffering to both families.
