In the early 1990s, an Armenian village in besieged Artsakh survives on rare helicopter deliveries and constant vigilance. The arrival of supplies also brings soldiers, searches, and renewed tension. Andranik, the local self-defense commander, and the elderly Mare become moral anchors for a community struggling to protect its home without surrendering compassion, conscience, or human dignity in wartime.
